Are you doing returns and exchanges during Covid-19?

• At this moment, we are unable to do any returns or exchanges because of health concerns due to Covid-19. We ensure safety and cleanliness during our packing process but once the item(s) leave our facility we cannot have them returned to us.

  • Klarna gives you the chance to make payment installments monthly for 4 months on your items so you can still get the items you want but not pay full price right away.


What if my package gets lost or stolen after delivery?

  • If tracking info says your package has been shipped and delivered on our end, we have no control or responsibility over lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your postal service and file a claim. You also have the option to choose insurance and signature delivery for shipping and delivery option.

  • yes you can wash your belts. We suggest hand washing and air drying for best results. We also suggest you wash your belt out of the package. 

 

How often should I wash my waist snatcher her belt?

  • Everyone’s sweat varies so you can wash as often as needed but we suggest washing once a week if needed.

 

What if my waist snatcher belt is the wrong size?

  • Because we are not doing returns or exchanges at the moment, please make sure to get the correct size. View size chart.

 

How do I cancel my MOVE online gym membership?

  • The special edition booty bands are little larger in size. The pastel booty bands have a stronger resistance level.
